Reflexão sobre funcionalidade e avaliação das emoções. Personalidade – Relação com a Decisão. Desenvolvimento da Personalidade. Traços de personalidade. Estratégias de Decisão: Desenvolvimento e prática dos conceitos de atitude; comportamento; cognição; emoção; sentimento; pensamento; razão e racionalidade; intuição; coping e resiliência. Decisão na formação da personalidade. Formação gerencial: Motivação. Delegação; habilidades – atributos e atribuições.
