Ementa
A disciplina visa estudar as cooperativas, levando em conta as características primordiais do modelo de autogestão. Analisa, ainda, os vínculos organizacionais do mesmo com organizações sociais e instituições do Terceiro Setor. Focaliza os principais órgãos, suas funções e relações de poder, envolvendo a assembléia geral dos sócios (AGS), o conselho fiscal (CF), o comitê educativo (CE) e o conselho de administração (CA). Aborda a tomada de decisão ou processo de planejamento das decisões, sob responsabilidades da AGS e CA, e a fiscalização das decisões e ações, sob responsabilidade do CF. Evidencia como organizar micro e pequenas empresas (MPEs) na forma de cooperativas em rede, considerando a logística de fornecimento, o apoio à manufatura ou serviços, a distribuição e a economia de escala dentro e fora de cada cooperativa aderente à rede interorganizacional. Analisa as possibilidades de transformação de um empreendimento coletivo numa realidade auto-sustentável.
