Teorias Organizacionais no Contexto das Micro e Pequenas Empresas

Ementa

Compreender as teorias organizacionais no contexto das micro e pequenas empresas (MPE). Analisar as contribuições teóricas, abordagens e modelos de intervenção propostos pela academia para gestão das MPE. Identificar e analisar as experiências locais e internacionais sobre gestão das MPE, propondo a realização de pesquisas e estudos comparativos. Contribuir para a criação de teorias, modelos e estruturas específicas para MPE, avaliando alinhamentos, coerências e consistências destes com a realidade desse tipo de organização. Avaliar os processos de gestão das micro e pequenas empresas, diagnosticando modelos, métodos, estratégias e planos adotados, bem como especificidades de políticas e práticas os diferentes áreas/temas de interesse da administração.
