Ementa

Empreendedorismo: principais conceitos e características. A gestão empreendedora e suas implicações para as organizações. O papel e a importância do comportamento empreendedor nas organizações. O perfil dos profissionais empreendedores nas organizações. Autoconhecimento, liderança e mentalidade empreendedora. Comportamentos do Empreendedor: execução, adaptabilidade cognitiva e aprendizagem. Clima e Cultura organizacionais voltados ao empreendedorismo. Gestão de Pessoas com base em competências. O conceito de Capacidade Empreendedora e as principais barreiras ao seu exercício. Os principais condicionantes do desenvolvimento da Orientação Empreendedora: foco, inovação, motivação e persistência. A gestão empreendedora de pessoas nas organizações.
